Programme
Getting Unstuck: the method for the moment a tool stops
Five short courses on one method for the moment a tool stops with a message, an error or a wait: the environment card that describes your situation before you ask, reading the stop word for word, the smallest step that tests one guess, permissions on a company laptop, and when to stop and call the IT department. It applies to every tool and names no product. It comes first for every learner of the AI tools catalogue.

Who it is for and what you take away
Who it is for
Working professionals in any field who use software on a company computer and get stuck, in Albanian or in English. No technical background is assumed.
What you take away
After the programme you can describe your working environment, read the stop message, test one assumption with the smallest step, refuse unsafe shortcuts and ask technical support for help with clear information.
- A practical task at the end of every course, which you do yourself and keep as evidence of your work.
- Your completion of each course, recorded in your account on the learning platform.
Courses and sequence
- 01
The environment card
Operating system, rights, terminal and company rules: one paragraph that makes every question you ask answerable. - 02
Reading the stop
When a tool stops, the message is information. Learn to copy it exactly, to note what you did just before, and to ask what it means before you ask how to fix it. - 03
The smallest step, then the check
Never three commands in a row. Learn to do one step, check it, and undo it before you do the next. - 04
Permissions and the company laptop
Read a permission dialog, refuse what must not be granted, ask the information technology department for exactly the right thing, and know when a web version replaces a local install. - 05
When to stop
The signs that show a problem will not yield to more effort, and a four-question decision ladder that tells you where to stop and what to change.
Assessment and qualification
The learning checks inside the courses are formative: they help you learn and qualify no one.
Completing the programme is not a qualification, a professional licence or an accreditation.
