Legal basis

Enquiries and access requests: the steps you ask us to take before a contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b), and the corresponding ground of Law 124/2024). Learning programmes and assessments: the contract with you. Verified work records: our legitimate interest in showing who did the work and how it was checked (GDPR article 6(1)(f)). Accounting records: our legal obligation.

Retention

Enquiries and access requests: 12 months after the last contact. Account and cohort records: 36 months after the relationship ends. Feedback on content: 24 months. Financial records: for the period Albanian law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you can withdraw consent. Write to contact@trifolium.al. You can complain to the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data (idp.al) and, if you live in the EU, to your supervisory authority.

Verified work records

Records that show who did a piece of work and how it was reviewed are kept on a legitimate interest basis for as long as the client record must remain checkable. On an erasure request the identifying links are removed and the record is kept in pseudonymised form where the law requires it.

This website

The site stores your language and theme choice in a cookie. Page counts are collected without cookies. There is no advertising and no third party tracking.
