Working project managers across sectors in Albania and the diaspora.
What you take away
On completing the programme you can apply earned-value reporting with an explicit fabrication check; coordinate cross-functional documentation; carry out peer calibration of a judgement; and recognise fabricated output in a project-management context.
- A practical task at the end of every course, which you do yourself and keep as evidence of your work.
- Your completion of each course, recorded in your account on the learning platform.
