The opening course of the AI for notaries programme: how artificial intelligence enters the notarial office, the profession's legal framework, the seven-step verification protocol, and the rule that the act always stays with the notary. Six sessions. - 02
Notarial practice AI: Document drafting and verification
The second part of the AI for notaries programme: drafting notarial documents with AI help, powers of attorney, deeds, contracts and inheritance, with blindness to authority as the central theme and the verification protocol at every step. Six sessions. - 03
Notarial practice AI: Regulatory compliance and anti-money-laundering (AML)
The third part of the AI for notaries programme: the notary's duties as an obliged entity under the law on preventing money laundering, due diligence, reporting, supervision, and AI's blindness to regulatory citation. Six sessions. - 04
Notarial practice AI: Data, records and archive
Client data, registers and the notarial archive with AI assistance: principles and rights under Law 124/2024, professional secrecy and registers under the notary law, reconciling registers, and the limits of client analytics. Six sessions. - 05
Notarial practice AI: Preparation for assessment
The closing course of the notarial AI programme: preparing for the optional assessment of a work sample created for the exercise from typical practice, on published assessment criteria, by two human assessors with a double check. Not a licence, not an appointment, and no promise of work. Six sessions.
Assessment and qualification
The learning checks inside the courses are formative and qualify no one. Qualification is a separate, optional route: two human assessors review a sample of your work against the published rubric, and no AI takes part in the decision.
Pending professional ratification: the rubric used in the optional human assessment has not yet been signed by practising professionals in this field. Until it is, the programme is published as a learning programme.
