After the programme you can prepare citizen-facing documents and council material with sources, run consultations and transparency duties with a checkable record, and keep AI-produced text out of decisions it must not make.

Local government AI: Orientation and decision boundaries
A short course for local government staff: serving citizens, giving reasons for an administrative decision, the right to information, and procuring AI tools. - 02
Local government AI: Operations, documents and services
Citizens' requests, correspondence, council materials, consultation, the budget, procurement, transparency, registers and local data, with AI work that others can check and the decision kept with the official. Eight lessons; for each about 15 minutes of reading and about 45 minutes of practical exercise, about 8 hours in all.
Assessment and qualification
The learning checks inside the courses are formative: they help you learn and qualify no one.
Completing the programme is not a qualification, a professional licence or an accreditation.
