The role of a legal administrator who does not practise law: where AI helps with files, appointments, formal correspondence and deadlines, and which decisions are not its to make. - 02
Legal administration AI: Workflow
A legal administrator's daily work with AI: managing files, scheduling appointments and communicating with clients, with a human check at every step. - 03
Legal administration AI: Documents and communication
Document templates, draft standard contracts and formal correspondence, checked by the professional responsible for the legal content, with no invented facts and no personal data in public tools. - 04
Legal administration AI: Data and analytics
Tracking files, deadline overviews and reports for the heads of the legal office with the help of AI, each with a stated source and a check before any decision. - 05
Legal administration AI: Quality and evaluation
Quality and evaluation for a legal administrator (non-lawyer): criteria for documents, a second review, and the mistakes typical of legal texts. - 06
Justice AI: Orientation
The introductory course of the AI programme for the justice system: an orientation to judicial work with artificial intelligence, the legal framework, the courts, the prosecution and verification against fabrication. 6 lessons. - 07

Reviewing and drafting legal documents with AI assistance: the VERIFIKIMI-J protocol for checking citations, verifying acts and articles, and safe drafting that keeps the legal meaning intact. Part of the AI for justice programme. - 08

Legal translation with AI assistance that keeps the legal meaning intact: spotting false friends in terminology, functional legal equivalence across jurisdictions, checking terms against sources such as IATE, and the VERIFIKIMI-J protocol for translation. Part of the AI for justice programme. - 09

Assessment and qualification
The learning checks inside the courses are formative and qualify no one. Qualification is a separate, optional route: two human assessors review a sample of your work against the published rubric, and no AI takes part in the decision.
Pending professional ratification: the rubric used in the optional human assessment has not yet been signed by practising professionals in this field. Until it is, the programme is published as a learning programme.
A qualification is not a professional licence and does not guarantee work.
