Membership, communication, policy, research, events and administration staff in chambers or business associations.
What you take away
After the programme you can handle member requests and content; summarise consultations without fabricating consensus; check research and surveys; and protect privacy, sources and institutional sign-off.
- A practical task at the end of every course, which you do yourself and keep as evidence of your work.
- Your completion of each course, recorded in your account on the learning platform.
Courses and sequence
- 01
Business chamber AI: Member operations
Member services, consultations, events, surveys, research and documents that can be checked, in a chamber or business association, where AI helps and an accountable person makes each decision. Eight lessons; for each about 15 minutes of reading and about 45 minutes of practical exercise, about 8 hours in all. - 02
Business chamber AI: Orientation for member businesses
A short course for businesses that trade across borders: what the European AI framework changes, how to check a partner that uses AI, and how to speak publicly about AI without over-promising.
Assessment and qualification
The learning checks inside the courses are formative: they help you learn and qualify no one.
Completing the programme is not a qualification, a professional licence or an accreditation.
