Case study · Gjirafa
The client chose the 25. We taught, tracked and examined them.
Where SISAL asked us to filter, Gjirafa arrived with its own list. 25 learners chosen by the client entered a C# .NET cohort on 11 January 2021. We supplied the curriculum, the sessions, the attendance record and the certification exam. The client decided who sat in the room.
Historical evidence, not current-product proof
This case applies to the named engagement and period. It does not prove outcomes from betaPlan current microcourses, training, workshops, qualification or human-evaluation work.

Who decided what
Client selection, our delivery.
There is no applicant sheet for this cohort and no scoring sheet, because there was no funnel. Gjirafa nominated 25 people and all 25 appear on the roster from session one. That is the contrast with the SISAL cohort, where 80 applicants were filtered to 15 before delivery.
What we supplied is on record. 8 Web Fundamentals sessions from 11 January, 14 C# sessions from 15 February, 10 Projects and Algorithms sessions from 22 April, attendance marked per person per session, a certification exam graded out of 10, and a certificate for each graduate in May 2021.
Delivery record
What happened to the 25.
With no preselection, attrition shows up inside the cohort instead of before it. The bars follow the same 25 people from the first session to the exam.

The outcome
What it showed.
Attendance averaged 94% over the Web Fundamentals sessions, 98% over the C# sessions and 74% over the final Projects and Algorithms sessions. 23 of the 25 were certified and 23 certificates are on file. At the alumni follow up, 18 of the 25 were recorded as employed.
The two models are both on record. When the client selects, we carry the teaching and the measurement and report the outcome of the client’s choice. When we select, the filter runs first and the cohort that follows carries a zero failure rate. Either way the numbers are kept.

In this 2021 engagement, Gjirafa chose the learners and received their delivery record. It demonstrates a historical cohort model, not an automatic current service commitment.
